Pricing questions
Is it really free?
Yes, forever. Create as many signatures as you like, with every template. The only catch: a small "e·mailsign" link under the signature. Pro removes it with a single payment.
Why a one-time payment for Pro?
Because once a signature is installed, it costs almost nothing to keep running. We see no reason for you to pay for it every month. The upcoming Team plan will be a subscription, because click tracking runs continuously on our servers.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. For Pro, write to us within 14 days if you are not satisfied and we will refund you.
Is click tracking GDPR compliant?
We never store the IP address in clear: it is hashed before storage. We keep the date, link type, country and device type. Tracking only exists on signatures where you turn it on.
Do I need an account?
Not to try it: you create your signature without an account. A free account is asked when you install it, so you can keep it and edit it later. Sign in with one click through Google or with a link sent by email, no password.
