Signitic, which took over Mailtastic, is free up to 19 employees on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with one template and a mandatory Signitic badge. Removing the badge takes the Standard plan, 20 licences minimum, so €240 a year even for one person. EmailSign is free forever with 16 templates, removes its link for €29 once, and works with any email client. For a team on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 that wants click tracking or central deployment today, Signitic is the better choice: the EmailSign Team plan is not on sale yet.
